Overview

Most Businesses Have the Data. Few Can Read It.

Your patient system, CRM, ad accounts, and spreadsheets already record almost everything that matters. The trouble is getting a straight answer out of them. Somebody exports a file, rebuilds the same pivot table, and emails it around. By the time it lands, the question has changed.

Our data analytics service replaces that monthly scramble with a dashboard your managers open on their own. We connect the sources, clean and model the data, and design each view around a decision you make every week: when to add staff, which campaigns earn their budget, and where patients or customers drop away.

The work is led by Jalal, our data analyst, who has four years of business intelligence experience across Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Excel. His recent build for an emergency department modeled 9,216 patient visits into three linked report views. The ER analytics dashboard case study shows how it works.

What we build

Data Analytics Services Built Around Your Decisions

Operations Dashboards

Volume, wait times, throughput, and staffing pressure by hour and weekday. It's the view an operations lead checks before the morning meeting.

Marketing and Lead Reporting

Ad spend, leads, cost per lead, and booked appointments in one place, pulled from Meta, Google Ads, GA4, and your CRM.

Data Cleaning and Modeling

Duplicate records, mixed date formats, and mismatched IDs fixed at the source, so every chart rests on numbers you can trust.

KPI Design

Before any chart, we agree on the handful of measures that drive your decisions and exactly how each one is calculated.

Automated Reports

Scheduled refreshes and emailed summaries replace the spreadsheet someone rebuilds by hand every month.

How we work

From Raw Exports to a Working Dashboard

Discover

We list the decisions the dashboard must support and find where the data for each one lives.

Model

We clean and join the data, then check totals against your own reports before building anything visual.

Build

You review a working draft early, and we adjust layout, filters, and measures around how your team reads it.

Hand Over

We train your team, document every measure, and set the refresh schedule. Ongoing support is optional.

Who it's for

Who This Service Is For

Emergency rooms and hospitals. Arrival patterns, wait-time targets, admission rates, and referral load. These are the numbers that decide how many staff you schedule on a Tuesday night.

Clinics and multi-location practices. Appointment volume, no-show rates, and which locations or providers are running over capacity.

Ecommerce and service businesses. Sales by product and channel, repeat purchases, and the real return on your ad budget.

Marketing teams tired of logging into four platforms and pasting the results into one spreadsheet.

Data handling

How We Handle Sensitive Data

Healthcare data carries obligations, and we treat it that way. Where possible we work from de-identified extracts or build inside your own Power BI or Tableau environment, so patient-level records stay on your systems. We agree on access, storage, and who can see what before we connect a single source.

We aren't a compliance firm, and a dashboard doesn't make an organization HIPAA compliant. What we can do is design reports that show each manager only what their role needs, and tell you plainly where your own policies have to cover the rest.

FAQ

Common Questions About Data Analytics

Which tools do you work with?

Power BI and Tableau for dashboards, SQL and Python for preparing data, and Excel when that's where your team works. For marketing reports we connect Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

Do I need a data warehouse first?

No. Most first projects start from exports, a database connection, or a few spreadsheets. If your data outgrows that setup, we'll explain what a warehouse would change before you spend anything on one.

Can you work with patient data?

Yes, carefully. We prefer de-identified extracts or working inside your own environment, and we agree on data access in writing before we begin.

How long does a dashboard take?

A focused dashboard with one or two data sources usually takes two to four weeks, and most of that time goes into cleaning and checking the numbers. Builds with several sources take longer. We confirm the timeline before starting.

How much do data analytics services cost?

Each analytics project is scoped by its data sources and number of report views, so we send a fixed quote after a short call, usually within 24 hours.

Will my team be able to use it without you?

That's the goal. Every build comes with a walkthrough and a short guide to each measure, so the dashboard keeps working long after we hand it over.
