The Challenge

Students choosing a consultancy are making a decision worth years of their life and a large amount of their family's money, usually while comparing three or four firms. The site had to answer the trust question fast, then make booking a consultation the obvious next move.

What We Built

• A three-step process laid out plainly: pick a university, meet the requirements, receive the visa, so the path feels finite rather than mysterious
• Eight services broken out individually, from career counselling and admission guidance to IELTS and TOEFL preparation, medical requirements, and post-departure support
• Credibility strip carrying real operating numbers: students placed, team size, availability, and success ratio
• Both office locations published with addresses and an embedded map, since a physical office is a trust signal in this market
• Consultation capture repeated at natural decision points rather than a single form at the bottom
• Destination coverage stated up front, because students self-select by country first

Why It Worked

Consultancy sites usually fail by talking about themselves. This one leads with what the student gets and how long it takes. The numbers strip and the mapped offices do the credibility work that adjectives cannot.
